Also, I did not have to enable something or check any boxes to share my categories or anything; simply sharing the calendar with them automatically shared the … WebbIf you want to apply a category color to a new or existing meeting, please use Outlook for Desktop, Mac, or Web. I've updated the color of a category on OWA, Desktop, or Mac and I don't see the color reflected on Outlook for iOS. Please restart your app and that should solve the issue. Webb27 nov. 2012 · I've found that if a user renames the default categories or in any way uses the default colors for their own custom categories it will not color in the items on the calendar.
