WebWe used TRAP2 and Fos immunostaining to ask what proportion of PL neurons TRAPed during an earlier memory experience were reactivated during remote retrieval. To ensure that the targeting allele in TRAP2 mice did not disrupt endogenous Fos, we first compared Fos expression following remote memory retrieval in wild-type and TRAP2 mice.
