I am pretty sure that after all your attempts you have damaged your ram. Your ram speed SHOULD be 2333. Setting it to 3.2ghz most likely killed it. This is different from your cpu clock.

He swapped his RAM sticks to be in slots A2 and B2, and then was able to set the RAM speed to 3600mhz successfully! Hopefully posting this confirmation of that fix is useful to someone else.
