WebJun 13, 2024 · 1. I tried the answer of NMostajo installing sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev because the installation problem of ggpubr seemed to be caused by problems with nloptr. This alone did not fix the problem. On github I found another hint that one needs to also install libnlopt-dev. This fixed the issue for me.
