WebOverall weapon restrictions are just gameplay thing, not something coming from lore. Like there is no reason why one magic user is able to wield sword or mace and another one can't. And we all got hands and fingers. I bet we can grab on anything even though 2h sword might not be ideal weapon for a mage.
